Acceptable Use Policy

Protect accounts and access

Do not share, sell, or transfer invitations or accounts; impersonate another person; evade an access suspension; or seek another player's private run or feedback.

Protect the service

Do not probe protected routes, bypass rate or credit controls, upload malicious material, disrupt availability, exploit a vulnerability, or use credentials or tokens without permission. Report a suspected security issue to [email protected].

Preserve program evidence

Do not automate play or feedback deceptively, fabricate a first-time-player identity, manipulate telemetry, or present extracted pre-release content as an authorized public release. Accessibility tools and personal assistive automation are allowed when they do not attack or misrepresent the service.

Lawful and respectful use

Do not use Legend to threaten, harass, defraud, infringe rights, distribute malware, or break applicable law. Do not submit unlawful or abusive content through feedback or support.

Enforcement

Hyper Garden may limit, suspend, or terminate access and preserve relevant evidence when reasonably necessary to protect players, the program, or the service. Mandatory legal rights remain intact.
