Refund Policy

Current program
Paid Legend checkout is not currently available. First Passage credits are complimentary, have no cash value, and are not refundable.
Future paid credits
If paid checkout opens, Paddle will act as Merchant of Record for supported purchases. Buyers will see the exact run quantity, total price, currency, tax treatment, immediate-delivery terms, and a link to this policy before paying. Refund requests will use Paddle's buyer-support route and may also be raised with Hyper Garden at [email protected].
Delivered runs
One credit is reserved when a new run is durably created. Resume is included. Ordinary death, ending, or abandonment is part of the delivered game and does not by itself create a refund right. An infrastructure failure before durable run creation does not consume the credit. Failures after a partial transaction are investigated and repaired from the audit record.
Mandatory rights
Nothing here limits a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that applies by law. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern its Merchant-of-Record process when paid access is enabled.
